Return & Refund Policy – 412 Tire

We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Tires must be:

  • New and unused

  • Not mounted or installed

  • Free from damage, markings, or wear

  • Returned in original condition

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or installed tires

  • Used or driven-on tires

  • Special order or non-stock items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization. Contact support@412tire.com with your order number before returning any product.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product or shipping damage).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
