Online Retailer

412 Tire operates as an online-only tire retailer. We do not provide installation services unless explicitly stated.

Installer Shipping

If a customer selects shipment to a third-party installer, all installation services are performed by the installer and not by 412 Tire. Installation fees, scheduling, and service warranties are the responsibility of the installer.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying correct tire size and vehicle compatibility before purchasing. If a vehicle search tool is provided, it is for convenience and may not be error-free.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.

Limitation of Liability

412 Tire is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to verify proper fitment prior to purchase.
