Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options
Customers may choose one of the following delivery methods:
1. Ship to Home or Business Address
Tires may be shipped directly to the customer’s residential or commercial address.
2. Ship to Installer / Service Center
Customers may select to have tires shipped directly to a preferred local installer or automotive service center. The customer is responsible for confirming installation availability with the chosen installer prior to shipment.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies based on product availability and shipping location. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on product, quantity, and destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, re-delivery, or returns due to incorrect address details.
Damaged or Missing Items
